Quick Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

This can EASILY be gluten, dairy, and egg free….plus you can prep in advance and wow your guests with a treat!
Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge
Chocolate Layer:
1 cup chocolate (I used dairy free dark chocolate chunks from Trader Joes)
1/2 cup sweetened condense milk (I used sweetened condensed coconut milk from @naturescharm)
1 teaspoon vanilla
Pinch of salt
Peanut Butter Layer:
3/4 natural peanut butter
1/2 cup sweetened condense milk (I used sweetened condensed coconut milk from @naturescharm)
2 tablespoons coconut oil
Pinch of salt

Mix all the chocolate layer ingredients and microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and microwave again if it isn’t melted. Scoop into a parchment lined loaf tin, spread, and place in the fridge
Mix all the peanut butter layer ingredients and microwave for 30 seconds. Store and microwave again if it isn’t melted. Scoop on top of the chocolate layer, gently spread it out, then use a knife to ‘cut’ swirls into the two layers.
Refrigerate for about 2 hours until set, then remove from the loaf tin and slice into small squares.
I like to store this in my fridge for up to 2 weeks!
