Greek Chicken Bowls

8 oz Greek Yogurt Plain
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
Greek Seasoning
Minced Garlic
Salt & Pepper
3lbs Chicken, cut into bit size pieces
Tricolor quinoa - 3 cups
2 English cucumbers - chopped
2 pints cherry tomatoes sliced
1 red onion sliced
Pokyny
1. Cut chicken into bite size pieces and place in ziploc
2. Add all other ingredients and mix
3. Leave minimum 2 hours to marinate
4. Place chicken in air fryer with insert in single row.
5. Set to 400 on Air Fry for 7 minutes, flip and add another 7 mins
6. Cook quinoa
7. Cut up cucumbers, tomatoes and onion
8. Mix with cucumber, tomato, onion & quinoa
