Omega 3 Seed Crackers

Ingredience

We need:

1. 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

2. 1/2 cup sunflower seeds

3. 1/2 cups chia seeds

4. 1 cup flax seeds

5. 1/2 cup white sesame seeds

6. 1/2 cup black sesame seeds

7. 1 cup water

8. 1 tsp salt

9. 1/2 tsp black pepper

Pokyny

Grind 1/2 cup flax seeds to fine powder.

In a bowl mix all the seeds, powder of flax seeds salt and black pepper.

Add a cup of water and mix well

Leave to rest for 20 minutes

Line two shallow baking trays with parchment paper

Spread this mixture evenly and thinly on the baking trays using a spatula.

You may use a rolling pin.

Bake in preheated oven at 150 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.

After 20 minutes in the oven take out the trays and cut the crackers in desired shape and size using cookie cutter or pizza cutter.

Store in airtight container and you can store them for 3 to 4 weeks.

Eat with hummus or avocado sauce.

Making avocado sauce

Take out the flesh of an avocado and use a fork to mash it up.

Add a good dollop of plain yogurt, salt, black pepper and 2 tsp of lemon juice.

Mix well and serve with the seed crackers.
