IMPOSSIBLE COCONUT PIE

Ingredience

2 cups Milk

1 cup Flaked coconut

3/4 cup Sugar

1/2 cup Bisquick

1/4 cup Butter

4 eggs

1-1/2 tsp vanilla

Pokyny

Place all ingredients in a blender. Cover and blend at high speed for 15 seconds. Pour into a greased 9 or 10 inch pie plate 1-1/2 inches deep. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes until knife inserted in the center of the pie comes out clean.
