5 Fresh & Fruity Sorbet Recipes

1 bag of green grapes

1 lime (juice + zest)

2 tbsp honey

Fresh mint

3–4 tbsp water

Pokyny

Clean and freeze grapes overnight.

Add grapes, mint, lime juice, honey, and water to a food processor.

Blend until smooth.

Top with lime zest and enjoy!

Strawberry Lemon Sorbet

Ingredients:

3 cups frozen strawberries

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

1–2 tsp honey (to taste)

Instructions:

Blend strawberries, lemon juice, and honey in a food processor.

Scrape sides as needed and continue blending until smooth.

Enjoy immediately or freeze for a firmer texture.

Mango Lime Sorbet

Ingredients:

5 cups frozen mango

1/4–1/3 cup fresh lime juice

1/4–1/3 cup agave or honey

Instructions:

Blend all ingredients until smooth.

Serve immediately or freeze in a container until set (2–3 hours).

Optionally serve in mango halves.

Piña Colada Sorbet (Boozy)

Ingredients:

1 lb frozen pineapple

1 cup coconut cream (not cream of coconut)

Juice from 1.5 limes (~3 tbsp)

1/2 cup aged rum

3 tbsp agave or honey

Instructions:

Blend all ingredients until completely smooth.

Pour into a freezer-safe container and freeze at least 4 hours.

If frozen solid, let sit 10–15 minutes before scooping.

For a nonalcoholic version, omit rum or use a zero-proof substitute.

Peach Apricot Sorbet

Ingredients:

2 cups frozen ripe peaches (about 2 large)

1 cup frozen apricots (about 4)

1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions:

Blend all ingredients until smooth, stirring as needed.

Add a splash of liquid if needed for easier blending.

For low-FODMAP: sub peaches with pineapple and apricots with strawberries.
