Creamy Sun Dried Tomatoe & Butter Beans

Ingredience

1 red onion

2 garlic clove

1 jar sun dried tomatoes

1 tin butter beans

1 cup of cream

Handful of spinach

1 tsp Oregano

Salt

Pokyny

Dice onion and garlic and fry in some of the oil from the sun dried tomatoes.

Add salt and oregano

Chop and add all of the sun dried tomatoes, cream & spinach and cook on low light for 10 minutes
