Creamy Sun-dried Tomato Lupini Beans

Ingredience

2/3 cup lupini beans

1/4 cup chopped sun dried tomatoes

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 cup cream of choice

1 tsp garlic paste or garlic powder to liking

Dried basil to liking

Pinch of salt

Pinch of pepper

Toast for serving (I ate it with multigrain toast)

Pokyny

Preheat the oven to 325F.

To a small baking dish, add all the ingredients listed above. Mix & bake for 30 minutes or until the mixture starts to slightly bubble.

Take out & enjoy with toast!
