Frozen Beefy Cheesy Burritos

Ingredience

16oz 93% beef

1 packet taco seasoning

200g 2% Greek yogurt

100g red enchilada sauce

60g 2% cheddar

2 laughing cow cheese wedges or 60g light cream cheese

2 tablespoons chopped cilantro (optional)

6 burrito sized tortillas

To reheat - you can simply microwave these for 2-3 minutes (one at a time) and they’ll be good to go! If you prefer a crispy exterior, microwave for ~1-1.5 minutes to defrost, then air fry or pan fry until crispy 👍
