Baked Chicken And Potatoes

FULL RECIPE:

For The Marinade:

2tbsp Butter,Melted

1tbsp olive oil

3-4 garlic cloves, minced

2tsp smoked paprika

1tsp cumin

1/2tsp brown sugar

2tsp all purpose seasoning

Salt & Pepper ( to taste

1tbsp tomato puree

Other ingredients:

6 thighs (bone in)

200g baby potatoes, halved

Tenderstem broccoli

Pokyny

Preheat oven to 200°C fan.

Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl.

Add chicken and potatoes to a baking dish. Pour over marinade and coat well.

Cover with foil and bake for 35 mins.

Remove foil, baste chicken in the juices at from the bottom of the pan and bake uncovered for another 25 mins.

Add broccoli and bake for a final 10 mins until the chicken golden, crisp and your potatoes and soft & cooked through.
