9 Graham Cracker squares

3 cups white chocolate chips

1 tablespoon butter

Pinch of kosher salt

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1 cup sweetened condensed milk

1 1/2 cups marshmallow Fluff

1 (3.4-oz) instant cheesecake pudding mix

Line a square (8-x-8” or 9-x-9”) baking pan with parchment paper and grease with cooking spray. Cover the bottom of the pan with graham cracker squares, trimming if necessary.

In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter, vanilla, and salt. Cook while stirring until melted and smooth.

Lower the heat to medium-low and add pudding mix, stirring until completely dissolved. Turn off the heat and mix in marshmallow fluff until melted. Pour the mixture over the graham crackers.

Refrigerate until set, about 3 hours, then cut into small squares.
