Macros (Per Serving – 4 total)�~400 kcal�~40g protein�~10–12g fat�~35–38g carbs
What I used (optimized):�Beef Layer:�• 2 lbs 90% lean ground beef (can sub 93% lean to drop fat even more)�• 1 small onion (diced)�• 2–3 cloves garlic (minced)�• 1 tbsp tomato paste�• ~½ cup beef bone broth�• 1–2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce�• Salt, pepper�• Thyme (traditional herb ✅)�• 1 bag Frozen peas & carrots
2-3 Tbsp Cornstarch
Potato Layer (lighter):�• Yukon gold potatoes�• Light butter or reduced amount�• Salt & pepper� (Optional: mix in a little nonfat Greek yogurt for extra protein + creaminess 👀)
How I made it:�• Boil potatoes → mash with light butter, salt, pepper�• Cook beef with onion + garlic → add tomato paste, broth, Worcestershire, thyme�• Stir in peas & carrots�• Layer beef → spread mashed potatoes on top�• Bake at 400°F for 10–15 min
