Southwest Chicken

Ingredience

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast

2/3 cup oil

1/3 cup vinegar

2 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro or parsley

4 teaspoons chili powder

2 teaspoons garlic powder

2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper, ground

Pokyny

Add all ingredients to a large ziplock bag and marinate chicken for up to 24 hours. Pour entire contents into a baking pan and bake 20-25 minutes at 350*
