Fudge (Margia Nell)

Ingredience

3 cups sugar

½ cup milk

⅓ to ½ cup cocoa

2 tsp vanilla

⅓ cup corm syrup

5 tbsp butter

½ cup Pet Milk

Pokyny

Mix all ingredients except butter and vanilla.

Stir continuously until mixture goes to boiling.

Reduce heat.

When mixture makes a softball (240°) in cold water remove from heat.

Add butter and vanilla.

Let stand until cool enough that pan will not burn hand.

Beat until thick.

Pour into pan or wax paper.
