Creamy mushroom chicken with rice

650g Breast Fillets, halved horizontally

500g Sliced White Mushrooms

300ml thickened cream

2 bunches baby broccoli

Cook mushroom, stirring, for 4-5 mins or until tender. Add cream to the pan and cook, stirring, for 2 mins or until sauce thickens slightly. Return the chicken to the pan. Season.
