Ingredience

3lbs of meat: 1 pack of meatloaf mix & approx. 1 1/2 pounds of beef

1 oz. packet onion soup mix

2 large eggs

1 tsp. black pepper

3/4 cup Italian bread crumbs

2/3 cup milk

1 small onion, chopped

1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Pokyny

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a bowl, combine everything mixing well.

Place in a baking dish or loaf pan and distribute evenly into a loaf shape.

Bake uncovered for 1 1/2 - 1 3/4 hours or until internal temperature reaches 160°F as measured by a food thermometer.
