I’ll never make sweet potatoes any other way. If you’re tired of bland, boring ones, try this:

1.Cut the potatoes in half.

2.Rub them with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place on parchment paper with cut-side down.

3.Bake for 1 hour at 375°, then let them rest for 10–15 minutes so they caramelize and soften.

They come out perfectly sweet and tender, no extra butter or seasoning needed😊
