Instant Pot Philly Cheesesteak Pasta

1 pound rigatoni pasta (16 ounces)
2 tbsp butter
1 pound ground beef
1 large yellow onion (diced)
1 large green bell pepper (diced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp ketchup
½ tsp chili powder
3 cups beef broth
10 ounces mozzarella cheese

Saute Garlic
Turn the Instant Pot to saute, add butter, and melt. Add garlic and saute for 30 seconds.
Saute Onions
Add diced onions and green peppers and cook 1-2 minutes to soften veggies.
Brown Meat
Add ground beef, cook until completely browned. About 3-4 minutes. With a spoon remove any excess grease
Add Spices
Turn Instant Pot off and add black pepper, salt, ketchup, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth. Stir until well combined.
Add Pasta
Pour in rigatoni pasta and stir into the ground beef mixture.
Cook
Put the lid on Instant Pot and set the valve to sealing. Select pressure cook high, high pressure. Set a time to cook for 3 minutes. This will cook the pasta to a perfect al dente. If you like a softer pasta add 1 minute to the cooking time.
Add Cheese
When pasta is done cooking. Turn off the Instant Pot and open the valve to release pressure. Remove the lid and gradually stir in mozzarella cheese. Make sure to mix all ingredients well.
Serve immediately and garnish with fresh chopped parsley. Enjoy!
