St Germaine Hugo Spritz

Ingredience

6 fresh mint leaves

1/2 lime sliced

1 ounce elderflower syrup or elderflower liqueur like St-Germain

1/4 oz fresh lime juice

4 ounces Prosecco chilled

2 ounces club soda chilled

Ice cubes

Make the Ice balls

Combine lime wheels, mint, lime juice, water and elderflower liqueur in ice cube molds. Freeze!

Add ice balls into a wine glass.

Top with prosecco and soda water.

Stir the drink to combine all of the ingredients.

Garnish with mint sprig and lime wheel!
