Creamy Corn Chowder

Ingredience

4 ears of corn, sliced

1 yellow onion, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

6 slices bacon, chopped

4 green onions, chopped (white/light green parts separated from darker green parts)

1 ½ - 2 cups potatoes, chopped

1 cup dry white wine

1 carton broth (4 cups)

1 bay leaf

1 package Boursin Garlic and Herb Cheese

Salt & black pepper
