4 cups or (550g) All purpose flour

2 tsp salt

1 stick (4oz) room temperature butter

1-1/4 cup hot water

combine and knead dough (by hand) about 10 minutes until soft and not sticky

divide dough into equal parts (90-93g)

let rest for 30 minutes

warm up on medium heat till they puff up
