Sauce:

3 tbsp dark soy sauce

2 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp yellow rock sugar

1 cup water

2 pcs star anise

bayleaf

1 pc dried tangerine peel (pre-soaked)

1 tsp sesame oil
