Chili Sauce

Ingredience

16 quart tomatoes, skinned, and chunked

16 large onions

16 hot peppers, red

6-8 pimentos

8 cups vinegar

10 to 12 cups sugar

8 tablespoons salt

Pokyny

Bring all ingredients except the sugar to a boil for 20 minutes. Add in the sugar and cook for another half hour.
