One Pot Creamy Tuscan Garlic Spaghetti

Ingredients:
- 12 oz spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced - 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
- ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped (optional)
Pokyny
Instructions:
1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and, if desired, red pepper flakes, stirring until fragrant, about 1 minute.
2. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they soften and release their juices.
3. Pour in 4 cups of water and bring it to a boil. Add the spaghetti, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Cook until the pasta is al dente, following the package instructions.
4. Once the pasta is cooked, turn the heat to low. Stir in the heavy cream, grated Parmesan, salt, and black pepper until the cheese has fully melted, forming a creamy sauce.
5. Add the baby spinach and chopped sun-dried tomatoes (if using). Stir until the spinach has wilted and the ingredients are well combined.
6. Remove from heat, garnish with chopped fresh basil, and serve immediately.
