Prickly Pear Mojito

Prickly Pear Mojito

You’ll Need:

6-8 mint leaves

1 ½ oz rum

1 oz prickly pear syrup

1 oz fresh squeezed lime juice

3 lime wheels

Soda water

Mint sprig

Give your mint a love tap and drop it in your shaker. Add rum, prickly pear syrup, and lime juice. Shake with ice for 8 seconds. Layer ice and lime wheel in a Collins glass & pour your drink overtop. Top with soda water, garnish with a mint sprig and a lime wheel.
