1 pound sliced corned beef

1 can (14 ounces) sauerkraut, drained

8 slices Swiss cheese

1 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup ketchup

1/4 cup sweet pickle relish

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions:

1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

2. Layer Ingredients: - Place half of the corned beef slices in the bottom of the baking dish. - Spread the sauerkraut evenly over the corned beef. - Lay the Swiss cheese slices on top of the sauerkraut. - Place the remaining corned beef slices over the cheese

3. Make Sauce: - In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. - Spread the sauce evenly over the top layer of corned beef.

4. Bake: - Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. - Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

5. Serve: - Let the Reuben Bake cool slightly before slicing. - Serve hot and enjoy the layers of corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese in every bite. - Pair it with a side salad or some crusty bread for a complete meal.
