Blueberry Bush 🫐

Ingredience

3/4 oz lemon juice

1 oz blueberry shrub

2 oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin

1 egg white

Pokyny

Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake hard for 10 seconds. Add a large ice cube and shake hard again for another ten seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and enjoy!

Blueberry Shrub:

½ cup blueberries

½ cup apple cider vinegar

½ cup Honey

Add all of your ingredients to a large mason jar. Muddle the blueberries and mix thoroughly. Store in the fridge for 48 hours. Fine strain and keep sealed in a glass container for 2–3 weeks.
